One of the things that you can do right now to help yourself get a bigger "explosion" at the end of a passionate experience is what has affectionately become known as a βDick upβ (also called the PC Flex). By flexing the same muscle that you would use to stop a stream of urine or a fart and holding it for as hard and long as you can, you have just completed one Dick Up. If you can't hold it very long before you find yourself straining and breathing heavy, then that's a good indicator that you have a weakened pelvic floor.
