The plaintiff says a guy sent him a naked picture of the defendant while they were dating and claimed she was having sex with him for pills. After he and the defendant had a threesome with his witness, they broke up. He’s suing her for car damages. The defendant says the plaintiff cheated with the witness, and she insists the plaintiff told her his insurance would cover the car damages.
