This chopped kale salad with toasted walnuts and apples is a dream. It was an article on some of Adele’s go-to meals and salads and this one caught my eye. As you know I don’t follow celebrity news but I do enjoy and appreciate a good salad when I see one. I don’t know how it was chopped or the exact measurements as it only listed the ingredients so I made it according to my taste buds. The article didn’t mention honey in the dressing but I felt like it needed some sweetness to offset the tartness from the lemon.
