Do Exercises to Get Your Penis Bigger, Harder, and Thicker Work? Click here for more:http://book723.com/enlarge-your-penis/ Almost all men have concerns that they don't measure up in the penis size department. No amount of advice from female advice columnists or web doctors telling them not to worry about it makes a difference. You want to get your penis bigger and that's that. So what works? Do exercises to increase the size of your penis actually do anything or is it all hype? Let's look at some facts. Do you think penis pumps work? Of course you don't. All men know that they work for men who have trouble getting an erection but as far as increasing size, we're all sure they don't help. When something is hyped and doesn't work it eventually becomes common knowledge that it doesn't work. Much like it has become common knowledge that penis enlarging exercises like the mysterious Jelqing ( that's a made up word, you know) and stretching exercises do affect both the size of your erection and how you look when flaccid. So why do they get so much negative press? I can't figure that one out. Let's look at stretching exercises. The same medical community that says you can't lengthen your penis by stretching the fascia and ligaments recommends doing exactly that after penis lengthening surgery. OK. So they will cut that ligament and then tell you to do stretching exercising to ensure the most length if you pay them, but stretching it on your own does no good? Does that make sense? That same medical community will also sell you pills to ensure that the cavities in your penis hold as much blood as possible, giving you a nice solid and thick erection, but claim exercises that do the same thing, increasing the ability of your penis to hold blood, don't work. Does that make sense? In essence they are saying that the only methods that will increase the size of your penis are the ones they can profit from. Don't buy it. Exercises to get your penis bigger do work for those who are willing to put the time into doing them. It's science at work. The reason that they haven't work for some people is the same reason why there are a lot of fat people who have a closet full of unused exercise equipment. Exercises only work when you actually do them in some type of regiment. The girth of your erect penis is limited by two things: the amount of blood that your penis can hold and the size of the fascia tissue that surrounds it. Exercises that increase that blood holding capacity and stretch that fascia will increase girth. The length of your penis is limited by the ligament that attaches it to your pelvic bone and the restrictive nature of the fascia. Both of these can be lengthened by doing stretching exercises. There is medical term for this. It's called "traction" Sound familiar? At some point the medical community at large will no doubt come around and admit that these exercises have benefits to them if done properly. The overwhelming number of men who've increased their penis size with them will eventually be impossible to ignore. In the meantime there's no reason for you to put off giving them a try.
