ECOWAS Commission President to Attend Inauguration Ceremony of New President of Cabo Verde
08 Nov, 2021Abuja, November 8, 2021 – A delegation from the ECOWAS Commission led by the President, H.E Jean-Claude Kassi Brou alongside General Francis Behanzin, Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security and Dr. Jeremias Dias Furtado, the Commissioner for Human Resources will be attending the inauguration of the new President of the Republic of Cabo Verde, H.E Jose Maria Neves on the 9th of November 2021.
 During the mission, H.E Jean-Claude Kassi Brou will be visiting the Outgoing President and Prime Minister of the country to commend them on the peaceful transfer of power in the Republic. He will also be addressing a world press con-ference stating the achievements of the ECOWAS Commission in the areas of peace, security and democracy in the region. |
