The Commissions of ECOWAS and WAEMU have ratified the seminal Action Plan of the ECOWAS-WAEMU Cooperation Agreement, aimed at rigorously enforcing competition regulations across West Africa.

In a concerted effort to bolster synergies and ensure a seamless and effective implementation of competition policies, the commissions acted.
