NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDERS AND SITE VISIT
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MATERNITY AND PEDIATRIC WARD AT THE BAFATA
REGIONAL HOSPITAL IN GUINEA BISSAU

1. The ECOWAS Commission wishes to inform potential bidders in respect of the invitation to tender for the construction of a maternity and pediatric ward at the Bafata Regional Hospital, Guinea Bissau, that the deadline for submission of bids, initially set for Friday, 21st July 2023, has been extended to Thursday, 10th August 2023 at 11:00 a.m. GMT+1, Nigerian time.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who wish to attend, on the same day, at 11:30 a.m. GMT+1 Nigerian time at the Procurement Division, ECOWAS Commission Headquarters, Plot 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro District, Abuja.

2. Consequently, the date of the site visit (Mandatory), initially scheduled for Tuesday, 20 th June 2023 in Bafata is also extended to Tuesday, 25 th July 2023 at 11:00 a.m. GMT, Guinea Bissau time.

3. For any additional information, bidders may contact the Procurement Division of the ECOWAS Commission by e-mail at the following addresses:
