SUPPLY AND DELIVERY IN NIGERIA(KANO) OF 1,298 METRIC TONS OF CEREALS TO THE REGIONAL FOOD SECURITY RESERVE

1. The ECOWAS Commission, acting on behalf of RAAF, is seeking bids in sealed envelopes bids for «
the supply and delivery of 1 298 metric tons of cereals for the benefit of the Regional Food
Security Reserve, consisting of 1 lot identified below:

2. The bidding documents are available for download at:
– RAAF website: http://www.araa.org/marches
– The ECOWAS website: https://ecowas.int/procurement.
3. Bids must be valid for a period of 180 days after the opening date and must be accompanied by a
bid security (ORIGINAL) in NAIRA or equivalent in ECOWAS members’ states currencies for
each lot as indicated in the Bidding Documents.
4. The lot is indivisible, bid must cover all the products and the full quantity required and the contract
will be awarded. Interested bidders with the required experience and qualifications may bid for one
(1) or more lots.
5. Bids are submitted to the Procurement Division, General Administration Department

Abuja Nigeria, at the reception office no later than February 18, 2025, at 11:00 GMT+1
6. The bids will be open in public session Procurement Division, General Administration

P. M. B. 401 Abuja Nigeria, at the conference room on the 1st floor on February 18, 2025, at 12:00
GMT+1.
